Language Exchange

Bonjour U of T! Te gusta estudiar lenguas? If you are studying a language, or just have a general interest in languages, the Language Exchanges program welcomes you! This is your chance to practice or learn the basics of a new language, while helping other students do the same in regular weekly meetings!

Simply let us know what language(s) you would like to learn and what language(s) you can share with the Language Exchange community. You will then become a member of two groups: your target language-learning group and your language-of-strength group. At each meeting you’ll begin in one of your identified language groups and then switch to your second identified language group at the halfway point. We’ll provide engaging activities and discussion topics to help facilitate conversations.

Please note: Language Exchange will meet virtually until further notice.

Taking care of yourself is essential. But just as everyone is different, there is no activity that is “one size fits all”. Whether it’s running, meditation, or connecting with others, we all have our own ways of keeping our mind and body well. CIE’s Winter Wellness Challenge gives you the opportunity to look after your wellness and engage in your regular self-care activities while also encouraging you to try some new methods along the way.

Check out the link below for a list of activities to help you explore what wellness means to you and share what you’ve done to inspire others to explore wellness too.

When you complete five wellness activities, fill out this form before March 18th, 2022, to enter.
