Are you preparing to go home for the summer break? After spending several months or years in Canada, going home is exciting and comforting. You may also find that home is different from what it was when you left. Join this workshop to learn more about reverse culture shock or cultural readjustment and build confidence in navigating a new or unfamiliar environment. Through this workshop, we will share tips and strategies to cope with cultural readjustment as you embark on your journey home.
