Four Week Introduction to Yoga

This beginner level series will introduce you to the structure and flow of a typical yoga class at a gym or drop-in setting on campus.
By the end of this series, you will;
· Be familiar with the terminology used in yoga classes including common pose and movement names
· Be more confident practicing yoga on your own, in a gym or at a yoga studio
· Know how to use props such as blocks, bolsters, and straps

6:15-6:45PM: Community Tea available; Tea will be served after class.
