From Nigeria to South Africa, viral dances inspired by music from across the African continent have taken social media by storm. Join Afrobeat TikTok 101 to explore African music, learn trending TikTok dances, and connect with fellow students through movement, culture, and community.

Each session will begin with a brief introduction to the featured music and artist, followed by an interactive dance session where participants can learn popular TikTok-inspired choreography from across the continent. Participants will also have the opportunity to sample dishes inspired by the featured music’s country of origin.

No prior dance experience is required — come ready to learn, move, and connect!
