Bonjour U of T language enthusiasts!

If you are studying a language, or just have a general interest in languages, the International Language Exchange program welcomes you! This is your chance to practice or learn the basics of a new language while helping other students do the same in regular weekly meetings!

Program Eligibility 
All undergraduate and graduate students who have a general interest in languages!

How The Program Works 
Once you register, we’ll ask you about the language(s) you would like to practice and the language(s) you can share with the International Language Exchange community. At the first session on February 1st, you will become a member of two groups: your target language-practice group and your language-of-strength group. At each session, you’ll begin in one of your identified language groups and then switch to your second identified language group at the halfway point. We will provide activities and topics for each language group to help facilitate your practice.

We will meet for a total of 5 bi-weekly sessions (Feb 1, Feb 15, Feb 29, Mar 14, & Mar 28) on Thursdays from 5PM to 7PM in the Cumberland Room at the Centre for International Experience (CIE) located at 33 St. George Street.
