Join the Centre for International Experience (CIE) and MoveU as we engage in a 3-part series where you can learn how to play Soccer, Basketball and engage in lots of fun through a Cardio Dance Party! We will be led by MOVEU representatives at the Sport and Rec facilities to engage in a special tour followed by participating in one of the following instructional activities. No fitness experience is needed, and everyone is welcome.
