By the end of the workshop, you should be able to:

• Evaluate their housing needs and requirements.
• Implement the steps to find housing efficiently and safely.
• Recognize signs of possible scams and implement actions to avoid them/stay safe.
• Arrange the required and recommended documents to assemble a decent rental application.
• Identify their rights and responsibilities as tenants in Toronto.
